Shown in a research that women with overweight have more chance to have breast cancer.So It’s really important to look after your health and maintain your weight
3.Have Good Fat:
Avoid bad fat and intake good fat..Avoid intaking junk food it’s really harmful for our health.Have omega 3 fatty acid food like fish oil and try to less intake omega 6 fatty acid like corn,sunflower oil
4.Have Anti-Cancer Food:
Have a lots of food that contain fiber..Have lots of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables..Having raw Onions,Garlic onion leaf decrease the chances of cancer.And cut sugar as much you can cause sugar is really a good friend of cancer so try to avoid sugary food and refined food too..
